A Look Back at “Casi di M’art”

When Art and the Good Life Come Together at the Estate

Exposition Casi Di M'Art

Casi Di M'Art

On the weekend of May 16 and 17, the outdoor areas of the Casi di Mare hotel complex were transformed into a veritable open-air gallery.

For this first edition of Casi di M’art, our goal was clear: to celebrate the richness, diversity, and sensitivity of the island’s artists by providing them with a showcase worthy of their talent.

For two days, visitors were able to wander around, chat, and be inspired by unique creations. Here’s a look back at a weekend marked by sharing, emotion, and camaraderie.

Four Corsican Artists in the Spotlight

The very essence of Casi di M’Art lay in the encounter between the materials and the vision of four passionate island designers:

  • José Zanni (Painter): His paintings captivated viewers, bringing an explosion of colors and emotions to the exhibition.

  • Karine Cianfarani (Photographer): Through her lens, she has captured the fleeting and elevated reality, touching visitors right in the heart.

  • Michel Peretti & Christine Papillon (Sculptors): Their three-dimensional works, which blend seamlessly with the estate’s surroundings, impressed viewers with their power, their poetry, and their mastery of form.

An Experience for the Senses

Because art is also experienced through taste and hearing, we were committed to offering a complete sensory experience.

  • A Taste of the Event: Throughout the weekend, the A minella food truck treated visitors to delicious food in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

  • A spectacular finale: To bring this event to a spectacular close, Chef Sébastien Burlon orchestrated an exceptional dinner. Guests savored refined dishes to the enchanting strains of José Fieschi’s piano andAdrien Ledoux’s saxophone. It was a moment suspended in time, where fine dining and live music became one.

“This first edition was a tremendous success. Seeing the island’s art take center stage at the Domaine Casi di Mare and bring so many smiles and spark so many conversations was a tremendous joy.”

The Future Is Written in Art: A Permanent Gallery Coming Soon

Given the success of this year’s event and in keeping with our commitment to promoting culture, we are pleased to announce that the adventure doesn’t end here.

The Domaine Casi di Mare is set to take a new step forward by creating a permanent art gallery within its walls. In the future, our guests will be able to enjoy this creative atmosphere year-round and discover new works and artists with each visit. This is a wonderful opportunity to combine the comfort of a stay with us with cultural exploration.

A huge thank you to the artists, the culinary artisans, the musicians, and all of you who came to share this magical moment!
